A Comparative Study In Primary Chinese Between GREAT WALL CHINESE 1 And STANDARD COURSE HSK 1

The writing of material of Teaching Chinese as a foreign language and using undoubtedly plays an important role on the development of Chinese language teaching. In China, the number of foreign language teaching materials grow with unusual speed. The types of materials enrich constantly, It has initially formed many layers, types and can be satisfied with various demand of teaching material system basically.During 2015\03 to 2016\03 author as a volunteer in Burundi Confucius Institute, author have ever used GREAT WALL 1 and STANDARD COURSE 1 which were recommended by NOCFL,and made comprehensive analysis and interpretation.Using statistic,described method,contrast and survey method, Comparing these two teaching materials in writing idea and purpose, the text theme, words, grammar project and after-school exercises, And further summarizes their features and Points out the defects of the arrangement found the same and the difference. These two materials were published apart ten years. Analysis their changes and trend, advantages and disadvantages, The author roughly inquires into the targets of the design and lay out,and Puts forwards some suggestions and principles on how to design and lay out the Chinese teaching materials used Overseas.Finally,6 proposals for the comprehensive teaching materials The proposals include not only theoretical schemes like the establishment of themes and topics of the texts,but also concrete solution like how to improve the communicative exercise in class.
