As Chinese study is becoming so popular in various countries of the world that leads to "Chinese fever" appear in every corner of the world. The boom of Chinese language learning has led to many volunteer teachers go abroad to teach Chinese and spread the Chinese culture. As a cultural carrier, Chinese volunteer teachers will inevitably confront the cross-cultural adaptation problems when entering another unfamiliar cultural field. Cross-cultural adaptation of volunteer teachers will directly affect to the volunteer teacher whether to choose to continue remain in this country and the remaining rate of the number directly determine input of labor forces and financial forces from HanBan. Therefore, in order to further understand cross cultural adaptation of CPIK volunteer teachers,I divided volunteers into remain volunteers and not remain volunteers for a comparative study.The main structure of this research is divided into the following five parts. The first part is to find the research achievement of the current cross-cultural adaptation based on the collection of the previous researches, and then established my own research contents. The second part, I analyed the text materials from two kinds of volunteer teachers, and then find out their cross-cultural adaptation problems. At the same time I will collect data basis of questionnaire survey to prove that the two types of volunteer’s situations of cross-cultural adaption. The third part, I put forward the cross-cultural adaptation dynamic model of remained volunteers and not remained volunteers. And according to the 30 Chinese volunteer teacher’s cycle tracking interviews to verify, and finally stimulate the cross-cultural adaptation dynamic model for these two kinds of Chinese volunteer teachers. The fourth part is that analysis of influencing factors of cross-cultural adaptation of these two types of Chinese volunteer teachers. The last part, I put forward reasonable suggestions to solve the problems of cross-cultural adaptation based on the previous conclusions.
