Since twenty-first Century,the development of China’s information technology is rapid,the Internet by original high-tech gradually reach popularity.The people ’s life rhythm are becoming rapid more and more,the way to get information also tend to be short and convenient transfer messaging,intelligent mobile phone, tablet computer and other new media has entered thousands of households, has become the main tool for people to obtain information.New media in a variety of fast-paced, fragmented spread genre, the people were brought into the new media context.Traditional media is continuous development and innovation to adapt to the development of new media context,Microblog, micro-channel, micro-film, micro-fiction...Open dissemination of information "micro" era.As a traditional documentary in the innovation and development of micro era, micro documentary records set off a national trend.As the crystallization of human wisdom and diligent, the current situation of the development of traditional handicraft is not optimistic.Starting from the background of the new media context, this dissertation probes into new media context specific meaning and characteristics, and on the basis of analysis of micro documentary in the context of new media development advantages and the main propagation situation, combined with practical problems and analysis of traditional handicraft facing difficult situations and the use of micro documentary form to carry on the effective dissemination of the feasibility study.Finally, this paper will combine theory with practice,making a creative interpretation about the individual graduate work”Craftsmanship”.
