Since the 1980s, with the dual transformation of social and economic systems, rapid flow of population growth, family-flow increasingly higher proportion of migrant workers children of the city to meet the increasingly become an urgent need to address the problem. More and more studies on adaptation in cities from " disadvantaged-Pressure-maladaptive" linear model to expand research.With the introduction of relevant policies, the exotic employed personnel’s children having some certain degree of protection in living and education inflow cities. In order to explore behind of new policies, the exotic employed personnel’s children have the perception of others to accept,the current status of the adaptation in cities, this study introduce "a sense of acceptance others". Relying on social identity theory, the theory of cultural adaptation, from a positive perspective view of development to explore social identity, acceptance of others and adaptation in city.In previous studies, based on the combination of literature review, questionnaire, correlation and regression methods, this study selected samples were 542 exotic employed personnel’s children from four districts of Hangzhou four public schools, the research subject was divided into two parts:The first part discusses the acceptance of others and a sense of inherent structural features and prepared to accept others questionnaire.The second part aims to study social identity (classification consciousness, emotion attribution rural, urban emotion attribution), others accepted (sense of school admission, sense of social acceptance, a sense of peer acceptance) and urban adaptat-ion (with excitement and curiosity, and shock resistance, exploration and adaptation, and integration into the four-stage as an indicator) related to three variables, search the path of relationships between variables.Research result:(1)Get a 3 factor (a senses of school accepted, a sense of social acceptance, a sense of peer acceptance) by exploratory factor analysis dimensions, confirmatory factor analysis the three-dimensional model of fit is good, χ2=206.49, df= 87, CFI= 0.89, GFI= 0.88, AGFI= 0.83, RMSEA= 0.08, reliability tests indicates questionnaire internal consistency coefficient is 0.84.(2)The classified awareness of gender has significant differences in grades, there was no significant difference in the time of living Hangzhou; there is significant difference between urban emotionally vested in the ninth grade and sex, but there was no significant difference in the time of living in Hangzhou. Accepted by others in gender, grade, there were significant differences in the time of living in Hangzhou, no significant differences in the family. Excitement and curiosity have on grades significant differences, no significant differences in gender in Hangzhou time; resistance and shock in the year, there was a significant difference in the hang time, there was no significant difference in terms of gender; exploration and conform in gender, year, Hang in there time significant differences; and integration into the grade, there was a significant difference in the hang time, there was no significant difference in gender.(3)Correlation and regression analysis in terms of classification accepted sense of awareness of others there was a significant negative predictor; others were admitted to the city feeling positively predict. Others accepted sense of excitement and curiosity, exploration and adaptation, and integration into the significant positive effect; for shock resistance and a negative effect prediction. Category awareness of resistance and shock stage there was a significant positive effect, while the inclusion and integration phase there was a significant negative predictor; Rural emotion attribution of excited and curious stage a significant positive effect; urban emotion attributable to exploration and Adaptation, inclusion and integration phase has a significant positive effect.(4) ownership of emotions between city be accepted by others and cities adapt some intermediary role.
