Study On The Group Characteristics Of Square Dance Organizer

In the context of National Fitness, square dance has become the most popular spontaneous public sport event in China in recent years. The fast development of this event has caused the attention of domestic and international media. The academic study of square dance is also increasing, but most researches are focused on the general aspect of the event or some particular square dance teams and systematic research on the organizers of the event has not be found yet.With the method of observation and interviewing, I study the 15 square dance organizers, from the population structure characteristics, psychological characteristics, social characteristics to analyze Square Dance organizers of group characteristics, then sum up the group identity of the organizers, and further study the influence of different organizers on the organizational work. The study found that the square dance organizers have a few groups of characteristics:In the first place, women in the square dance organizers are in absolute proportion and the men are very few. The age of the female organizers is mainly 50.Second, the initial organizational motivation of the organizers of the square dance is the pursuit of personal health, in the square dance organization formed by the organizers of social interaction needs and realize the need for self value; on the other hand, the organizers of the square dance good psychological experience, is the important reason for their work to adhere to the organizationThird, the organizers of the square dance career, mainly to the retired workers, mainly to retirees, or is engaged in the work of time and freedom of work, time is more free.Fourth, the square dance organizers to junior and senior high school culture, the cultural level of high and low will affect the organization’s normative; square dance organizer in the economy are relatively independent, their fixed income, do not need children or others to give financial help.On the other hand, the characteristics of the square dance organizers will have a certain impact on the organization, mainly reflected in the:First, the organizers of the gender differences will affect the organization of the square dance division of labor. Male organizers are only responsible for organizing the work, the dance of the dance is done by other women, while women organizers are not only responsible for organizing the work, but also in charge of the dance, dance and other work.Second, the professional background of the square dance organizers will affect the standardization of organizational management.
