Social Situation Of Wuyuan During The Anti—Japanese War

After Marco Polo Bridge Incident, Japan invaded western of Inner Mongolia, and attempted to irrupt Northwest of China further. WuYuan became the focus of the war. Fu Zuoyi returned Suiyuan and was affected by policy of Communist Party of China. He decid-ed to resistance Japanese Invaders determined. In 1940, because of Fu Zuoyi’s right strategic、soldier’s fighting and people’s support, we achieved the victory of war. Since then, Wuyuan was under the control of anti-Japanese government. The government implemented a series of measures in favor of war and revolution, affecting all areas of social life.In the aspect of politics, Fu Zuoyi ordered to cultivate new for-ce and to consolidate his position, sat up a "DongWeiHui". The move played a positive role. After that, anti-Japanese government carried out "XinXianZhi", the regional areas of Wuyuan had taken place in great changes.In the aspect of economy, land consolidation failed; but the water conservancy projects and roadwork brought advantages; Zhang Lifan brought something new to the region west of agriculture. It is undeniable that, Wuyuan provided a great deal of manpower and resources for the war, but also brought disaster to the people.In the aspect of culture, anti-Japanese campaign was impressive. Fu zuoyi organized "SanQingTuan" and "GuanCheShe", founded paper and the drama club and so on, all served for the Anti-Japane-se War. People came into contact with the culture、entertainment and propaganda activities, such as newspaper, songs, drama, were re-lated to the war of resistance.In a word, due to the special geographical position situation and stage, WuYuan had obvious characteristics in every field of soc-iety.
