As the second largest number of people that study Chinese, Thailand people have a high enthusiasm and demand on Chinese study. Compare to the high demand on Chinese study, the faculty of native Thailand Chinese teacher is vulnerable. The original creation mode of native Thailand Chinese teacher training at Confucius Institute at Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University(hereinafter Confucius Institute at Bansomde) has its own characteristics. It is warmly welcomed by native Thailand Chinese teacher,and at the same time, get highly appraise from the ministry of education in Thailand, Office of Chinese Language Council International, Education office of the Embassy of People’s Republic of China in Thailand. This article start with the current situation about Chinese teaching and Chinese teacher faculty development, analyze the curriculum design,training principles, training features, training effect, training results of the mode. And lucubrate the mode by the way of data statistics, set questionnaire. In the process of research, raise improve suggestions about the problem. Aimed at generalized the mode to the field of Chinese Teaching in Thailand. To give the reference suggestions to the Thailand Native Chinese Teacher training career’s development.
