Zhaigong is a very important mid Western-zhou Dynasty document。 The appearance of Qinghuajian Zaigong’s last words corrects some errors on Zhaigong and gives us a chance to further understanding of it。 By comparing the two texts,we found that Zhaigong mainly uses both ‘the king’ and ‘the dukes’ address at the second part after three dukes appearance。 In this way, Zhaigong shows his respect and care for three dukes。 Zhaigong is in three ducks’ grandfather generation。 There are not only senior and junior between them, they are also families。 Three dukes respect Zhaigong is respect the elder, while Zhaigong cares about three dukes shows his virtue of modest。In Zhaigong’s advice:don’t put “Biyushi” over counts and viscounts, “Biyushi” has the same mean as “Xiaochen” in bronze ware。 They are attendants around the king。 King Mu likes hunting, so these attendants have more opportunities to be appreciated by the king and hold important positions 。 Zhaigong’s words shows his resentful to king Mu’s pleasure-seeking, he hopes that the king to be wise and diligent。 The same as when he stop king Mu go expediting in Guoyu’s record and make “Qizhao” poem in Zhuozhuan’ s record。Zhaigong’s advice:don’t put concubine over queen, means to warn king Mu to deal with the relationship between concubine and the queen。 We can see from it that king Mu in favor of his concubine more than his queen。 “the Yue concubine” in Guwenzhoushu preserved in Lishan’ sWenxuan annotate can prove this。 This advice has important politics means。 On the one hand, Zhaigong wants to prevent king Mu from indulging in pleasure, on the other hand, he wants to keep politic alliance stable。...
