In modern times, it has powers to grab interests in China, as the main mineral raw material of modern industrial powers have become the object of contention. Therefore, mineral rights disputes between China and the foreign powers continued. After the Russo-Japanese War, Japan in Fengtian region gradually has made the absolute superiority, mineral rights disputes Fengtian region during this period mainly for the dispute between China and Japan. Japan misappropriation of mineral resources in the Northeast by ways until the "September 18 Incident" fully occupied the entire northeast of the mineral for himself.Since the Russo-Japanese War to the "September 18" incident, the two sides dispute the most serious in the tenement Fengtian region. Sino-Japanese dispute this period tenements Fengtian region in the most typical, and therefore there is a substantial research necessary.
