The Research Of Fu Jun Who Was Hardworking As The Northeast Generals

Fu Jun began to become a government officials when Qing Dynasty was in the late of Qianlong period. Then, he worked for Jiaqing and Daoguang emperors as Jilin General, Shengjing General and Heilongjiang General one after another. Fu Jun has been an official in Khovd, Urumqi and Kashgar for many years before he worked in northeast of China. Fu Jun had a lot of experience of frontier management. Also he knew some drawbacks of local politics. After Fu Jun appointed as the most important generals in the northeast of China, he became more and more diligent in serving government as well as nation and common people with a outstanding performance. Furthermore, he concerned about the construction of the frontier culture. So Fu Jun established many schools and organized to compile the local chronicles. He made a positive contribution of development of culture and education in the Northeast Region. To better clarify Fu Jun’s achievements in the Northeast area, the paper is divided into four parts to study:The first chapter mainly investigates a series of measures to reshape the Manchu folk by Jun Fu.Fu Jun showed a flexible ability of handling government issues when he implemented these measures. Fu Jun could made the policies according to the local conditions and analyzed specific issues by specific ways.The second chapter mainly studys on that Jun Fu advocated using wasteland to develop northeastern region economy for Manchu livelihood.In this process, Fu Jun took lead personally to inspect the area which is to be used and to made the appropriate measures in accordance with local conditions. He could select outstanding person including the personnel exile inland by innovative way.The third chapter concludes Fu Jun’s contributions in the area of cultural construction during serving the northeast region. Fu Jun did a strongly development on culture and education, especially on the cultural and educational development of Ji Lin Province with an important influence.
