Empirical Research On The Effects Of Cultural And Creative Industry To National Economy

Since China’s reform and opening up our country has experienced 30 years high-speed development, but in recent years, as our country’s economic construction enters the new normal, economic growth is slowing. Now our country are trying our best to transform the mode of economic development, and adjust the economic structure, so that our economic can have a sound progress. In the past our high-speed development relies on the high input of energy resources, and at the cost of polluting the environment. During the new period we have to abandon the old development patterns. Cultural and creative industry with the features of low energy consumption, low pollution, and high output, has played an important role in economic development. Throughout the economy in the developed countries and regions such as Europe, America, Japan and South Korea are pay more and more attention to the cultural and creative industry in economic. Furthermore, in the "five-year plan" we have set the goal that in 2020 make the cultural and creative industry become a pillar industry, to promote the sustainable development of the economy. In this background I write this thesis to research cultural and creative industry’s effect in China’s economic development.And many scholars didn’t make clear distinction about "cultural industry", "creative industry" and " cultural and creative industry" in their study. Therefore in their study also tend to ascribe cultural and creative industry as the creative industry or cultural industry. So in my thesis I will first make a distinction of the concept of the three, and determine the characteristics of cultural and creative industry. In addition by analysis the influence of cultural and creative industry on economic growth mechanism lay the theoretical foundation of reveal the cultural and creative industry’s influence on economic development. This article analyzed the present situation of our country’s cultural and creative industry, at the same time I pointed out that at present our country’s cultural and creative industry had some disadvantages. A country’s economic development is not only reflected through the growth of economy, but also reflected through the degree of industrial structure optimization. So in this article, through the empirical analysis to demonstrate the cultural and creative industry’s effect on economic development from the two aspects. Finally, according to the result of empirical analysis and the existed problems of our country’s cultural and creative industry have, puts forward the corresponding suggestions and appropriate measures. Providing a good policy environment, innovation environment for the cultural and creative industry. And provide all-round support to the development of cultural and creative industry. Finally through the development of cultural and creative industry promote the further development of our country’s economy.
