Marriage culture of Yao nationality, which not only contains a sincere and strong emotions, but also an important medium for people to connect each other with their feelings, is valuable spiritual treasure of the people in Jianghua. With the social development and the increasing of people’s living standards, marriage cultural industries have a great opportunity to have a rapid growth accompanied by a nationalization design boom. Marriage culture of Yao nationality which has a long history and a good heritage is one of the precious cultural minority cultures. Today, however, this culture is facing problems including how to get better protection and heritage, how to shape the brand image with regional characteristics and cultural output, and how to better achieve its cultural value and economic value.From the concepts of marriage culture and brand image, this thesis introduced the identification systems theory of marriage culture brand image, and analyzed cultural content and design strategies of the brand of Yao marriage culture. The innovative design concept of Jianghua Yao marriage culture brands was constructed. By summarizing the brand image elements of Yao marriage culture, the marriage culture brand image design, its application in innovative planning and the sustainable development strategy of the brand image of the marriage culture were explored. This study presented a solid image and a distinctive visual identity of Yao marriage culture branding. In addition, it explored the modern strategy for the brand application in order to accelerate a better and faster public interpretation and experience. This study showed that the implementation of a good brand image design and brand strategy is an important way to develop Yao marriage culture in the modern society. It is not only a new trend of the development of marriage culture itself but also a new way to promote the development of local socio-economic and related industries.
