Objective: The movement characteristics of Latin dance characteristic determines in the national standard in the process of the Latin dance exercise, muscle need a strong contraction, resulting in the muscle is very easy to fatigue. Effective means of promoting fatigue recovery every learning Latin dance is not only an indispensable part of in the process of training students,but also become the essential quality. But,at present a lot of students do not take the Latin dance exercise fatigue recovery,no training after finishing the activity,nor to stretching of the muscle fatigue. But to make its body USES natural recovery methods for recovery. This is a common phenomenon is worth to be paid more attention and change the status quo.Many sports scientists from different levels proved that yoga for the human body with recovery of sports fatigue and the working effect,so the aim of this study is the simple yoga routines as a way to restore,check it to national standard Latin dance exercise fatigue recovery effect. If have obvious effect. it is hoped that the way for the recovery of the promotion to provide the reference basis.Methods: The subjects for xi ’an sports college sports dance professional girl 16 people, will be randomly divided into experimental group(8) and the control group(8). Which used by yoga restoration method to recover, the control group using natural recovery method to recover.Measurements are: heart rate,subjective fatigue feeling,best power take-off hang time,ankle utmost strength to 5 dors inflexion and flex total energy,ankle muscles do utmost strength to toe dors inflexion and 5 times when the maximum moment of flexion and tibial muscle and gastrocnemius muscle of the side back to the best of power toe dorsiflexion and bends of the MPF(mean power frequency) to 25 times,ankle dorsiflexion and flex muscle do 25 total energy and ankle dors inflexion and flex the maximum torque,tibia tibialis anterior muscle and gastrocnemius after 25 times of dors inflexion and flex MPF(mean power frequency)Results: All the indexes of yoga recovery group and natural recovery group in quiet state, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),immediately after exercise,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05) after recovery,the total energy of the muscle endurance test dors inflexion do,yoga recovery group and natural recovery group had significant difference(P < 0.05) muscle endurance test dors inflexion maximum moment is very, very significant difference(P < 0.001). The rest of all the indexes have very significant difference(P < 0.01)Conclusion: Subjects were immediately after exercise, hang time, probably because of the nervous system,as a result of Latin dance training fatigue lowers the nervous system of each muscle group activities coordination,central nervous excitability is reduced, the muscles to reduce the number of simultaneous contraction of motor unit Recovery after yoga back hang time than natural recovery group,this phenomenon may be because the relative to the natural recovery group yoga restore fatigue are better recovery of nervous system,thus the nervous system can be very good to coordinate each muscle group’s activities.Biggest strength test indicators,whether yoga group and natural recovery group,immediately after exercise dors inflexion and toe flexor TW and MT were downtrend, TW drop reflects the movement that the movement of the ankle joint muscle group ability to drop, and drop in MT biggest strength decline reflects the movement makes subjects. But back in 25 min,yoga and restore to quiet the ratio of recovery group was obviously higher than that of spontaneous recovery group, yoga recovery group dors inflexion MT even slightly more than quiet state. Thus yoga recovery method to improve the ability of muscle fatigue after ankle flexion and extension movement and the greatest power of corresponding muscle group have a positive effect.By the experimental results it can be seen that both yoga recovery group and natural recovery group,immediately after exercise toe dors inflexion and flexor TW and MT were downtrend,reduced endurance test of TW and MT,reflects the fatigue after muscle anti-fatigue ability in the resistance load process. After the recovery of the 25 min, yoga and restore to quiet the ratio of recovery group was obviously higher than that of spontaneous recovery group,yoga recovery set of dors inflexion and toe flexor TW and MT can be restored to even slightly more than quiet state. The experiment results show that the fatigue after restore method through yoga, ankle flexion muscle group’s ability to resist fatigue and even higher than the quiet state. Visible muscle movement relative to improve fatigue after ankle flexion and extension ability and the corresponding muscle group the biggest strength, yoga recovery method to improve the fatigue resistance ability of ankle joint muscle has a more positive significance.
