Reform and opening is the historical turning point of China’s socialist economic development, as well as the development of Chinese cultural market. Chinese cultural market has been changed rapidly in just over 30 years, which receives insufficient attention. Meantime, benefit problem is increasingly serious in the course of Chinese cultural market change due to its late beginning and uncoordinated development. In respect of Chinese cultural market status, this paper makes a systematic research of its change and benefit after reform and opening.First of all, cultural market is defined and expounded in the paper. From the point of introducing cultural market, the paper integrates connotation, characteristics and types of cultural market in the previous studies, which lay a foundation for further understandings. The cultural market benefit lie not only in enhancing spiritual and cultural needs of Chinese people, but also in meeting the developing needs of Chinese cultural security, and promoting the combination with international culture.Secondly, the paper analyses the course of Chinese cultural market change in free domestic environment and stable international environment since reform and opening. Chinese cultural market change after reform and opening is divided into four stages:embryonic stage (1978-1992), development stage (1992-2000), rapid prosperous stage(2000-2012) and latest variation stage (2013 to now)Thirdly, benefit problems and its forming reasons are thoroughly dissected. The core problem in Chinese cultural market change is the discordant relations between social benefit and economic benefit, which mainly presented by the unstable relations of themselves and the influence of historical factors. There are also many problems in the matter of social benefit and economic benefit, such as ignoring the first place of social benefit and local social benefit is decreased, excessive pursuit of economic benefit and unbalanced distribution of it. There are three main reasons among various reasons:negative impact of the coexisting pattern of positive and negative ideological culture on cultural market, imperfect management and law, and insufficient use of traditional culture.At last, preliminary strategies are tried to propose in order to solve the problems in cultural market construction, which are taking full advantage of cultural resources, promoting cultural market development by coordinating in many ways, guiding cultural market benefit with socialist core value system, and standardizing economic benefit management. |
