non- Chinese students beginners, they do not have any characters background, native language is Chinese phonetic beginner, the real difficulty is learning Chinese characters. Teaching theory in different languages will affect their teaching methods, "Character-based" teaching theory is the way out of the dilemma of difficulty to learn Chinese characters. The so-called "Character-based" is the "character" seen as the basic structural unit of the Chinese language and Chinese law as the basis for exploring the structure, evolution, acquisition, learning the law and apply the law. Under the guidance of "Character-based" teaching theories,view the zero beginners learners of Chinese as the main teaching Beginners object, according to the viewpoints of scholar, Huang Jincheng, Chinese Character Teaching Beginners should phases in two stages( "Chinese preparatory courses" and "systematic character"), the paper uses ontology characters knowledge to analysis the characters in the vocabularies of HSK 1, HSK 2, results 92 radicals, also as components into characters. Using these components into characters as the starting point of learning Chinese characters, could make a better understanding of Chinese characters domains, strengthen a sense of kanji characters, and improve the ability to write Chinese characters, to lay a solid foundation for the next phase in characters and phrases with the character family learning Chinese characters.
