| This paper aims at to explore the incentive problems of the professional and technical personnel’s in A institution. Using the DISC personality assessment tool to analysis the characters between the A institution and the people in general institution, and find their reactions to inspiration methods through analysis the characters of professional and technical personnel in A institution, on this basis, we come up with a practical incentive program, including guidelines, motivating goals, inspiring models and incentives.Based on the professional and technical personnel of the institute as the sample, we use two sets of questionnaires to explore the problem, the first part of the questionnaire is DISC test, the second part which is used to learn the different reaction tendencies of professional and technical personnel to inspiration methods, collation of the results, combined with the characteristics of professional technical personnel and all items in the questionnaire, and obtained the incentive scheme.According to the correlations between DISC and the questionnaire, we have found the following conclusions:1. Through the personality assessment tools, we have found that it emerges a high proportion in factor C and factor S, a low proportion in factor D and factor I. Distribution of characteristics of their personality in accordance with the working environment and the nature of work.2. The professional and technical personnel which have different types of characteristics trend to different inspiration methods.3. Example inspiration method and training inspiration method have a significant effect on overall professional and technical personnel in A institution, compensation inspiration method has obvious effects on specific age groups, other inspiration methods based on the feature of different character types.Finally, according to the results of the analysis, we proposed a incentive program for A research institute. |
