Vocabulary is central to language as brick and tile, vocabulary teaching is an important part of language teaching. Although the teaching of vocabulary of TCFL has got a certain attention, but when it comes to vocabulary teaching part, It is still an unresolved problem to find an efficiency way to help the learners to understand and memorize vocabularies. Use the right vocabulary analysis method, not only can stimulate students’ interest in learning, improve teaching efficiency, but also can guide the students to appreciate the C hinese way of thinking better, develop their migration of intuitive capacity. However, although there are more and more research on teaching vocabulary of TCFL, and which have made some achievements, but it could not be denied that there are still shortcomings, so it is necessary to continue to study the vocabulary analysis methods.In the research field of modern Chinese Lexicology, the Chinese word-creation theory is gradually being recognized and improved by researchers and scholars, Through the research on C hinese word-creation, we can understand the C hinese words come in a variety of ways. Except the word-creation and sentence formation, It also proved in rhetoric and phonetics ways, Comprehensive type is the most creative and productive way of Chinese word-creation. Have a great understand on these rules of Chinese words creation, will be very good to rich the connotation of C hinese vocabulary, can help learners understand, memory and use Chinese words scientific and accurately, help the C hinese users achieve some effective intercultural communication.Firstly, this paper analyzed the development of the research on C hinese words creation and exemplified the main classification of the Chinese words creation system, and the use of this theory at present; Then, overviewed the vocabulary analysis methods of the teaching of vocabulary of TCFL, and its disadvantages; Finally, tried to prove the possibilities of using word-creation theory through an analysis on some vocabularies of one text, and put forward some principles and problems that should obey and be concerned, hope this could give some suggestions for the teaching of vocabulary of TCFL.
