The Research On The Construction Path Of Public Cultural Service System In ZiBo

Strengthen public cultural service system to allow people to share the culture of reform and development results, the fundamental goal of the construction of socialist culture and direction, is also the main way of people’s basic cultural rights and interests. CPC Central Committee and State Council attach great importance to the construction of public cultural service system. Standing in the height of the cultural construction, the 18th Party Congress points out:open up a new horizon in promoting China’s cultural advance:The Chinese nation’s cultural creativity will continuously burst forth; China’s cultural life will flourish as never before; people’s basic cultural rights and interests will be better protected; the ethical and moral standards as well as the scientific and cultural standards of the people will be fully raised, and the international influence of Chinese culture will steadily increase.In this paper, based this study on the construction of public cultural service system in ZiBo City. Firstly, the construction of public cultural service system in ZiBo City History comb; Second, the achievements of the construction of public cultural service system in ZiBo City in recent years and its problems are analyzed, stressing that there is mainly on public cultural services system misunderstanding, grass-roots cultural positions did not fully play its role, the lack of public cultural services personnel; the last part of the paper on how to further improve the public cultural service system in ZiBo City measures accordingly.
