For the development of a country, a region and a city, culture as a soft power is showing an increasingly important value. Anhui regional culture is the epitome of Chinese culture, and people here have created Anhui spiritual wealth for thousands of years. It maintains the identity and emotional sustenance of each individual on this piece of land. As a cultural province, Anhui has historic and unique local culture. However, due to history and social development for various reasons, huge cultural treasure trove haven’t created strong propagation effects and influence. To truly realize the changes from "a big cultural province" to "a strong cultural province", Anhui still has a long way to go.In this paper, through the questionnaire, literature study, comparative analysis and other research methods, I research one of the three regional culture in Anhui province as a starting point, and it bases on the perspective of communication, combined with cultural studies, semiotics, brand knowledge, economics and other disciplines system. This paper analysis Wanjiang cultural’s connotation and characteristics, development situation and the status quo of influence, and classifies bottleneck. Then this paper summarizes the problem of Anhui regional cultural in the communication process from both propagation factors and influence factors. Finally, in order to enhance the influence of Anhui region cultural, based on the principle of integration, branding, networking and innovation, this paper puts forward a series of targeted propagation path from five areas:strengthening the attractiveness, deepening penetration, sharpening brand, enhancing radiation and extending propagation. And the author gives some effective strategies and programs settled into the Wanjiang culture. In summary, this paper tries to improve the influence competitiveness of Anhui regional culture in all domains, build a real "Hui culture" territory and achieve the crossing of Anhui from "a big cultural province" to "a strong cultural province".
