The textbook is the foundation and basis in teaching Chinese as a foreign language teaching, it like a bridge connecting students and teachers. Nowadays,many kinds of textbook writed by china, but the quality is uneven. Therefore,analysis of textbooks, teaching materials to improve the quality of writing, in order to promoting the quality of teaching of Chinese oversea.This thesis will take the Great Wall Chinese as the evaluation object under the guidance of the textbook evaluation theory and research. This thesis also will describe the current situation of the Great Wall Chinese through these aspects such as text, vocabulary, grammar, practice, comparison of HSK1. This thesis will get the deeply evaluation through the questionnaire to the students of the Khartoum University Confucius Institute, Sudan. This thesis tries to point out the advantage and disadvantage points of the Great Wall Chinese and offer relevant suggestions or compilation plan.
