Studying Nonlinear Thinking In Paintings

In order to know the real world deeply, science has entered from the linear to nonlinear science. Let us review the art history, it is not difficult to find that the thinking of artist creation is changing as the progress of mankind and the development of the times. In the traditional classical paintings, the linear thinking is obvious. However, the nonlinear thinking also plays an important role, especially in the modern and contemporary art.The mainly idea of this paper is based on the theoretical achievements of linear thinking and nonlinear thinking. I will analysis the paintings of art history, explore the characteristics of thinking and explore the relationship about the linear thinking and nonlinear thinking in human’s painting creation. Through the analysis of theory and works, non-linear thinking plays a huge impact on the painting. Non-linear thinking in the progress of art creation with non-logical, jumping from the performance to the characteristics of imagery.The innovation of this article is to study the painting in the form of thinking by using the non-linear theory of thinking.Non-linear thinking painting reveals the features of the artistic thinking and helps us to understand the essence of painting creation and painting language better,also it is good for us to innovate the form and content in paintings.
