Yeshi’s thought of decentrlization of power has been formed in Song dynasty which the thought of centralization of power is in vogue. His thought of decentralization include metaphysical theory and physical political construction. He considered that centralization of power is the reason why our nation is weak. Centralization theory got the contradiction problem because of itself. So it should be amended by the decentralization of power. Yeshi definite two words JIANJI and SHIDE to strengthen his theory. JI means the perfect politics of country. Every part of the country would follow its own trajectory and never be troubled by the central government. So the country need system construction to change their politics. That is JIANJI. SHIDE is a kind of ethical standards. It tells that the rulers need to limit their desire of power and decentralize it. Because of his theory, Yeshi thought that the politic which stand for centralization of power would be instead of decentralization. That is a trend in the process of society. Based on his theory, Yeshi researched the negative influence caused by centralization of power and brought up a view that the country need the reformation to decentralize the power of central government which can change the adverse situation to favorable. He suggested to re-establish the system of power distribution in the law, military and finance to make sure that power can be devolved to the local governments. His proposal of the re-establish and his metaphysical theory constitute his thought of decentralization of power.
