Research On The Changes And Driving Forces Of Land Use Landscape Pattern In The Soviet Area Of South Jiangxi

On June 28, 2012, the state council about support of Jiangxi, such as the revitalization of the several opinions of the development of the central Soviet area, the state will increase support for Jiangxi Soviet area, to accelerate the process of new industrialization and urbanization, the study hunt for a new way to realize leap-forward development in less developed areas, to solve the prominent problem of the people’s livelihood and restrict the development of the weak links should give policy support.In Jiangxi Soviet area in the process of economic construction, how to reasonable use and protection, the land will be an urgent need to study the problem.In Jiangxi Soviet area landscape pattern of land use change and its driving force research, ecological protection and construction is conducive to the region, and realize the sustainable development of economy and society of Jiangxi Soviet area.Thanks for the help of Landsat TM/ETM images date from the USGS of Jiangxi Soviet area in 1985-2013, based on the methods of artificial interpretation and automatic classification, extract of the Land-Use/Cover Changes(LUCC) and establish its database of nearly 30 years in Jiangxi Soviet area. Using spatial analysis and statistics methods to analysis the amount of land using changes in the studied area,the land using structure evolution, and the speed of change in land using, the spatial difference of county land use change. To analysis the change of landscape pattern by the software Fragstats3.3 and Arcgis10.2 for nearly 30 years. Researching conclusions are as follows:(1) Nearly 30 years of Jiangxi Soviet area in land use, among them, cultivated land and artificial surface had biggest change.Woodland and grassland area have small amplitude decreases, wetland overall stable/water area, the other land use types have small amplitude increase.Jiangxi Soviet area land use overall showed a trend of accelerated the speed of change, especially after 2000, as the speed of Jiangxi Soviet area urbanization and industrialization process accelerated, artificial surface land area is increasing rapidly, of which 2010-2013, the increase of artificial surface speed reached its peak, the counties in Jiangxi Soviet area, the change of land use change is the most powerful county, nankang and institute.(2) Nearly 30 years of Jiangxi Soviet area about Landscape pattern. On the patch level, the area of farmland,forest and grassland shows a decreasing trend, the average patch area shows an increasing trend; the shape index of farmland and the concentration index of farmland are decreased; the shape index of forest is decreased while the concentration index of forest is increased; the shape index of grassland is first increased and then decreased; the concentration index of grassland and artificial surface lands are showing an increase trend,the average patch area of artificial surface land also shows an increasing trend; the landscape shape index and the concentration index are increased. On the landscape level, the patch number and patch density shows a decreasing trend; the average patch area, the landscape diversity index and the landscape evenness index shows an increasing trend; the index of fragmental dimension is keep stable; the aggregation index and landscape shape index are first increased and then decreased.(3)In terms of the driving force of landscape pattern change, this text mainly analysis from two angles: it analysis population growth, economic factors, urbanization, and the progress of science and technology on the aspect of qualitative analysis; in the aspect of quantitative analysis, combining with the characteristics of the Soviet Area of Southern Jiangxi, choosing 16 representative indicators about social and economic, using the SPSS19.0 for the main component analysis. The study showed that: the population growth, urbanization, economic development and the improvement of people’s living standards and the progress of science and technology are the main driving forces to promote land using change of the Soviet Area of Southern Jiangxi.
