The translation is from the book called The Hard Thing About Hard Things. This book is written by Ben Horowitz, the co-founder of the famous VC Andreessen Horowitz. It mainly states how to deal with management problems in the business and sums up a lot of management experience and skills, which is useful to help Chinese start-ups to manage and deal with their business.In the translation report, firstly, the author introduces the origin, content, and practical significance of the text; then various specific translation processes are described; furthermore, appropriate translation methods are put forward to deal with the specific problems in the translation practice; finally, the author summaries the experience of this translation practice.In order to convey the management experience and skills of this book accurately, the author adopts the Skopos theory and its three principles.
