| From the perspective of historical geography, the paper make a systematic study of the urban space evolution of Taiyuan and its laws during Ming and Qing dynasties.The urban space includes the political space, the military space, the devotional space,the cultural space, the commercial space. Through investigation, analysis and consideration on the urban space evolution, the thesis not only reveal the track of the urban space evolution of Taiyuan during Ming and Qing dynasties, but also provide an important scientific basis and historical reference for the city construction and the civilization protection.This dissertation consists of four parts: introduction, body, conclusion, appendix.The part of the introduction is general remarks. It mainly presents the motive and objective of this article, the previous researches and the methodology. The part of body includes six chapters. The first chapter summarizes the formation and development of Taiyuan city’s natural geography and humanistic geography environment based on. The author makes a discussion on the urban space evolution of Taiyuan and its influence factors during Ming dynasty and Qing dynasty in chapter two, three, respectively. With the foundation of the former research, the author further analyzes the spatial pattern of urban and rural of Taiyuan during Ming and Qing dynasties. In the follow article, the author makes a discussion on the devotional space,the cultural space, the commercial space in chapter four, five, six, respectively.According to the above analysis, the part of the conclusion summarizes the basic views of the urban space evolution of Taiyuan and its laws. In addition, some comments and proposals were given for the development and construction of urban and the protection and use of historical and cultural resources. Finally, The part of the appendix is a complement of the relevant literature and date involved in previous paper.The paper first respectively explore the urban space evolution of Taiyuan and its laws during Ming dynasty and Qing dynasty as a whole. Then, the author makes a discussion on the devotional space, the cultural space, the commercial space in the follow article. This dissertation not only makes a concrete investigation on theTaiyuan city factors and the underlying reasons of the urban functional space evolution during Ming and Qing dynasties from the tiny view level, but also gives an overall study on the trends of the urban space evolution trends and of Taiyuan under the perspective of macro. Through this research, we can reach the following conclusion. Firstly, the natural geography and humanistic geography are the basic of the existence and development of Taiyuan city. The favorable ecological conditions is essential base for the city’s existence and development. The humanistic geography provided very favorable conditions for the prosperity and development of Taiyuan city.Secondly, the changes and adjustment of the urban space mainly focuses on architectural views. Thirdly, the buildings will be influenced by many factors. Finally,the urban space evolution of Taiyuan during Ming and Qing dynasties is closely related to the political and social environment. Moreover, the research could provide some useful science and historical references for Taiyuan city’s construction and the development.. |
