The Absurd Man—The Theory Of New Generation’s Novels In The 90s

This paper studies the novels of the new generation in the 90 s, based on the philosophical thinking, which introduces the concept of "the absurd man" to it, and meanwhile takes it as the perspective of research, devoting to exploring the value of the novels of the new generation in the 90 s, aiming at providing a philosophical idea for the research on the novels of the new generation.The research methods of this paper are dominated by philosophical research. "The absurd man" is the conclusion through exploring human nature from the philosophy, putting "the absurd man" in the study of the new generation novels in the 90 s. This paper reflects itself the problem of "literature is humanology". To the question of "human", just as Sartre puts it " man is not what it is and which itself is to some extent ridiculous. Therefore, this paper again, on the basis of absurdity, puts forward "the absurd man" in the study of the novels of the new generation, which not only indicates the existentialism tendency of the creation of the novels of the new generation, but also means the exploration towards human in the new era of novel creation has entered into a new stage.This paper is divided into three parts, which explores the concrete form of formation of the novels of the new generation towards the “absurd man” as well as the values and creative reflection of the novels in the 90 s from respectively three aspects such as the "intervention" stance of the new novels, the existentialism tendency and the significance of history of literature. The first chapter intends to start from the writers of the new generation, studying their "intervention" stance toward "reality". Its main purpose is to study their creation advocates and the problems they are facing up to.The second chapter is the comprehensive study of their performance of creation, exploring the significance of the problems of human existence and summarizing its unique forms of life. While the third chapter is to, under the framework of literary history, make an overall description and reflection of the creation of the new generation in the field of history of literary toward the main idea and the character of subjectivity.
