The college student’s sense of learning norm to the school management, teacher’s teaching order and student’s study effect has important influence. This article selects 912 university students of Heilongjiang Province to draw up a college student’s sense of learning norm questionnaire. According to related theory foundation and exploratory factor analysis form a three-dimensional structure of the questionnaire, which include sense of learning environment norm, learning knowledge of classroom norm and academic norm, through the examination found that has a good reliability and validity. Inorder to explore the relationship between locus of control, sense of learning norm and professional commitment, this article uses the locus of control scale, college student’s sense of learning norm questionnaire, professional commitment scale and selects 703 college students from four universities in Heilongjiang province to study. Descriptive statistics is used to describe the status of college student’s locus of control, sense of learning norm and professional commitment. Factor analysis and t test is used to investigate the effects of demographic variables on college student’s locus of control, sense of learning norm and professional commitment. Moderating effects analysis is used to test sense of learning norm on locus of control and professional commitment, and reached the following conclusions:I. Overall the college student’s locus of control, sense of learning norm and professional commitment is better. Firstly, the college student’s internality is higher score; More boys than girls believe that powerful others can control their life events. Secondly, the overall level of college student’s sense of learning norm is higher, it is better on sense of learning environment norm; the level of student’s sense of learning norm is influenced by the education degree of parents. Lastly, the overall level of professional commitment is medium, student out of duty, emotional point of view, would has higher professional recognition of their professional learning, out of the professional employment prospects in the future, the ideal view to the professional expectations is low; women in the normative commitment scores than men; The only child in college students to better than non-only child students; Majoring in arts and sports in the score of commitment, normative commitment and affective commitment significantly higher than science and humanities students.II. The relationship between the college student’s locus of control, sense of learning norm and professional commitment is as follows: sense of learning norm and internal control is significantly positively correlated, chance, powerful others is significantly negative correlation; professional commitment and locus of control is significantly positively correlated; sense of learning norm and professional commitment is significantly positively correlated.III. The internal dimensions of LOC can predict the level of professional commitment on college student, the higher internal dimensions of LOC on college student would has higher professional commitment level.Ⅳ. College student’s sense of learning norm is a mediator between locus of control and professional commitment, mainly between internal control dimension and professional commitment. The internal of LOC has influence on professional commitment through sense of learning norm.According to the above conclusions, from parents, teachers and students three aspects put forward the following suggestions on how to improve the student’s sense of learning norm and level of professional commitment: parents should pay attention to the training on children’s sense of learning norm; teachers use a variety of ways to strengthen the sense of learning norm education, to enhance the level of professional commitment; actively play the initiative of college students learning.
