| This study chooses586graduate students as the research object,who come from GuangXi University,Guangxi University For Nationalities, GuangXi Teachers Education University and Guangxi Medical University, using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path analysis model and other statistical methods, explores the demographic differences of emotional intelligence, self efficacy and professional commitment, as well as the relationship between them, to explain the influence between them.The results show that:(1) Overall, graduate students emotional intelligence scores of each factor is higher, in which emotion self management factor scores the highest. Emotional intelligence had significant difference in gender, grade, professional, whether to cross the professional, work experience of several variables, there is no significant differences in the family location.(2) Graduate student’s sense of self-efficacy is higher, students who cross the professional scored significantly higher than the major students, while it did not exist significant difference in gender, grade, professional, work experience and family location.(3) The scores of graduate student groups in the professional commitment of each factor are higher than middle level, the highest score is normative commitment, there are significant differences in professional, whether to cross the professional, work experience, family location, on the remaining in gender, grade, does not show significant differences.(4) Graduate student’s each factor of emotional intelligence are positively related to sense of self-efficacy, emotional intelligence is an effective predictor variable to sense of self-efficacy.(5) The graduate student’s sense of self-efficacy and each factor of professional commitment are positively related, sense of self-efficacy is an effective predictor variable to professional commitment.(6) Graduate student’s emotional intelligence have significantly positive correlation with professional commitment, emotional intelligence is an effective predictor variable to professional commitment. (7) Graduate student’s emotional intelligence and sense of self-efficacy are effective predictor variable to professional committed, wherein, sense self-efficacy play an intermediary role between emotional intelligence and professional commitment. Among them, other’s emotion management factor directly predicted normative commitment factor, self emotional management factor directly predict four factors of professional commitment; while the Emotion perception factor and emotional utilization factor through self-efficacy to predict affective commitment factor and ideal commitment factor. |
