| In recent years, South Korea is getting a closer relationship with China, more and more Koreans start to learn Chinese, but the South Korean learners have some problems in the acquisition of Chinese Mandarin. In the aspect of pronunciation, there are differences between the South Korean students and Chinese speakers in making the plosive and affricate. At present, there is few quantitative analysis of Korean students’ acquisition of plosive and affricate in standard Chinese. This paper will make use of the acoustic research method of analysis to study the Korean students’ acquisition of plosive and affricate in Chinese Mandarin.This article mainly includes four parts:The first part is the introduction, including a description of the selected topic basis, the definition and characteristics of plosive and affricate, the review and introduction of the previous studies related to this topic and introduction of the research contents, methods and significance in this paper.The second part, making use of the research methods of experimental phonetics, makes acoustic analysis and examination in the aspects of single syllable, double syllable and word flow on the South Korean students’ acquisition of plosive and affricate in Chinese Mandarin. This part emphasizes the study on the status of voice onset time(VOT), aspirate time, syllable duration, closure time(GAP) and devoice blank. Through the comparison and analysis on acoustic parameters South Korea and China, this part figures out the South Korean students’ phonetic features and error in the circumstance of single syllable, double syllable and word flow.The third part is the error analysis. Through the summary of the experimental results in the second part and comparison between Chinese speech phonology and Korean speech phonology, this part makes error analysis, in respectively two aspects of articulation and pronunciation method on the South Korean students’ acquisition of plosive and affricate in Chinese Mandarin.The forth part of paper is the overall summary and the suggestions for teaching, based on the study result of the Korean students’ acquisition of plosive, affricate in Chinese Mandarin. |
