The SWOT Analysis Of Ascension Of Xiangtan Cultural Soft Power And Countermeasures Research

At present, culture has become a more and more important source of national cohesion and creativity, has increasingly become an important factor in the competition of comprehensive national power, has become an important economic and social development support. In this paper, the concept of the relevant theories are on the basis of cultural soft power firstly, focuses on the regional cultural soft power, domestic research is less, which is the innovation of this thesis. This article takes Xiangtan Hunan as an example, analyzes the status quo of cultural construction in the city, found that although there are resources, location advantages in cultural construction, there are still many problems in the aspects of cultural infrastructure, cultural talents, the development of cultural industry. Therefore, the paper combines the analysis of regional cultural soft power theory and improves the public cultural service system, to build characteristic culture, actively explore the construction of the culture of strong city move, hoping to provide some useful suggestions and opinions for Xiangtan’s culture and city construction, providing the theory support for the development and prosperity of culture in Xiangtan. A number of similar cases in other cities of Hunan and China can borrow some experiments on cultural construction, researchers also can make further research on the cultural soft power from the paper.
