A Study Of Rural Children’s Palace Building In The City Of Laibin Under Mckinsey 7S Model

The city of Huantai have set up lots of Children’s Palaces in country, and got lots of praise form people,in 2008 o The city of Laibing as do it,since 2012.Now there are thousands of Children’s Palaces in country. Because there are many problems in this project,so I read many repots, interviewed,and observationed,finding out the reasons scarcity attention,scarcity space,drab program,scarcity funding,weakness administration.The article give some suggests,based on Mckinsey 7S Mode:First,government、enterprise and society shoud improved attention of child of moral and spritual civilization.Second,the organization shoud build a platform of capable leaders and partners with lots of effective system and trains.Third,the organization increase administration with experiences of public organization administration,made sure the non-profit and cultural of Children’s Palaces.Fourth,the organization shoud build machine of supervision and assess.The Third Organization can do it.Fifth,the organization set up new mode to people with many modes in the platform.
