The author thinks that a good singer not only need to improve their singing skills, also need to a deeper understanding of vocal works, can be more accurate to better express the connotation of songs in the singing, in order to improve the level of their own vocal music, so the author by reading literature, the method of reading books, Pu Li "jasmine", to study the historical background of "jasmine" and spread; Based on the research of the singer’s interview, audio video,to analyze the singing style of "jasmine"; Through the music ontological analysis, to analyze the "jasmine" and formal structure; "Jasmine" by the author himself to different versions of singing study, summary and analysis for individual of this song singing style. This paper maybe there are some technical problems in the exploration, because of "jasmine" which has been widely spread in China, to collect complete information about the "jasmine" is difficult, so exploring the possible need to solve the "jasmine" from early to later development of song collection problem, need to these from the early to the song now reference contrast, for the analysis of different singing style. So the research scope is larger, there is a missing problem. In this, the author is only the characteristics of Chinese folk music itself from mode and formal structure, melody and rhythm, vernacular language, word line cavity, voice characteristics, to analyze the singing style of "jasmine"; Coupled with China’s south, north, the characteristics of folk songs of "jasmine" singing style of the south, the north in China was analyzed.
