Investigation Report Of Chinese Language Teaching In The University Of Valencia In Spain

In recent years, Chinese language teaching has received widespread attention in various countries around the world. The Confucius Institute has developed very fast in the world. With the deepening of friendly relations between China and Spain, Spain has become an important area for promoting Chinese language. The local dcmand for Chinese is also increasing. Currently, the scholars academic research on Chinese education in Spain is still small, domestic and foreign teachers lack certain teaching reference。In this paper, the author take Confucius Institute at the University of Valencia in Spain as the example to make a survey for the situation of Chinese teaching, and combined with the author’s own experience in this Confucius Institute for two years. Then make a specific analysis and objective evaluation for the teaching situation of the Institute and make recommendations for the problems.This thesis is divided into four parts:The first part is an introduction that introduces the research background, significance and research methods. The second part is a brief introduction for the status of the development of Chinese language teaching in Spain. The third part is the core part of the article. Take the University of Valencia as the example to make a survey and analysis for the Chinese teaching situation. From seven specific aspects to analyze it, the seven aspects are:situation of teachers, situation of students, arrangement of courses, teaching materials usage, teaching management, assessment of the teaching, and the use of teaching methods. According to the second chapter, the fourth part presents some problems about the teaching situation in the University of Valencia. And propose some effective advice and recommendations for the problems.The purpose of this research is to provide some more effective teaching methods and suggestions for the teachers who will engage in Chinese teaching in Valencia of Spain. And improve the teaching quality of local Chinese teaching. I hope this thesis can make some positive role for the promotion of Chinese language in Spain.
