Yu Lin previously named Yu Lin, was the ancient city with two thousand years of history and culture. Since the Qin and Han Dynasties, it was a locality in the territory of Guangxi, where economic development and the biggest aggregation of human life, was known as "Lingnan Jade, Scenic forest". Yu Lin has a long history and has repeatedly compiling chorography. Yu Lin Zhou Zhi is one of the earliest representative of Yu Lin, which was compiled by Qiu Guishan, Liu Yulin, Qin Zhaojing during Qian Long of the Qing Dynasty. The book of ten volumes introduced the construction of the organizational system, mountains, villages, education, temple, ceremony, military system, examination system, the stories of the characters,ect. It reflects the natural and social conditions of the ancient state of Yu Lin, it has important historical value in researching the social history of Yu Lin. However, the research of Yu Lin Zhou Zhi which compiled during Qian Long Period in academia circles is not enough,Yu Lin Zhou Zhi which compiled during Qian Long Period has not been published and taked as research objects, thus it will go against the protection and utilization.This article focuses on a specialized and systematic study from the perspective of literature compilation.
