Huan Family Of Long Kang And Politics Eastern Han Dynasty

Longkang Huan family is the prominent Confucian classics family and lwishi Duke family in the Eastern Han Dynasty. This had experienced a very distinct development process from prosperity to declination. Throughout Confucian classics family represented by Huan family, there has a close relationship between the development of family and the evolution of the Eastern Han Dynasty imperial politics. But the existing research focuses on cultural aspects of the Huan family, and lack of the research on the interactive relationship between Huan family and the Eastern Han Dynasty imperial politics. Based on the existing literature and the present research achievements of the Eastern Han Dynasty imperial politics, we can explore the development rules of royal preceptor family from political perspective. In addition, we mainly discussed the Huan family and the Eastern Han Dynasty imperial politics. This could help us to better understand their relationship.Three parts were included in this paper-Introduction, Body and Conclusion. The introduction part includes research meaning, current research status,this article relevant concepts and definitions, and research methods and innovations. The Body is divided into four parts: The first chapter discussed the relationship between Huan family and the politics in the early period of Eastern Han Dynasty, and focused on discussing the relationship among the Huanrong, Ouyang Shangshu and the Eastern Han Dynasty imperial politics. The second chapter explored the situation of Huan family in the middle period of Eastern Han Dynasty, mainly discussed Huanyan and his role in the event about abolishing crown Prince, and also discussed Huanyan’s advice——inviting three councillors and ministers work in the Inner Court. The third chapter mainly analysised the new developments of Huan family in the late period of Eastern Han Dynasty, and focused on the reasons of the new development. The fourth chapter compared the Yang family and Huan family, so we had a deeper understanding of Huan family and Eastern Han Dynasty imperial politics. Conclusion part summarized the main content of this article. Huan family subservient to the Eastern Han Dynasty imperial politics, and its vicissitudes is closely related to the operation of the Eastern Han Dynasty imperial politics.
