A Research On The Relationships Among Schizoid Tendencies Of Children, Empathy And Parent-child Relationship And The Intervention Study Of Schizoid Tendencies

Objective:to understand the status of children in Hunan area, schizoid tendencies of empathy ability and the relationship between parents and children, and empathy training on schizophrenia like the tendency of children, to observe the improvement of empathy training for children with schizophrenia like tendency.Methods:1. Primary and middle school students sampled from 1108 children in Hunan District, with the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), the basic empathy scale (BES), parent dear and questionnaire survey.2. According to the CBCL test results from samples randomly, with a tendency to split the school in 32 children, divided into intervention group and control group, each group of 16 people, half male and half female. For the 10 week of empathy training in the intervention group, one hour per week (45 minutes), after the intervention using the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), the basic empathy scale (BES), parent adolescent cohesion questionnaire survey again to intervention group and control group, the intervention effect evaluation method of empathy training children with schizophrenia like tendency.Results:1. The girls in the school children’s empathy ability was significantly higher than that of boys (F=7.83, p<.01).2.The children were family and Parents Dear close condition overall is good, but compared with the boys, girls and their parents closer (F=6.147, p<.05).3. The boys division of tendency and parenting was negatively correlated (r=-0.181, p<.05), the girls division of tendency and parenting was negatively correlated (r=-0.104, p<.05); boys schizoid tendencies and empathy ability showed a significant negative correlation (r=-0.109, p<.05), female schizophrenia like orientation and empathy were significant negative correlation (r=-0.113, p<.05).4. Through empathy training, children’s empathy ability of intervention group improved significantly; significantly improve the parent-child relationship, schizophrenia like tendency to reduce.5. Regulation of the children’s empathy ability significantly.Conclusion:1. There are age and gender differences in children’s empathy.2. There are differences in parent-child relationship between the child and father and mother.3. The empathy and children schizophrenia related kind of tendency and parent-child relationship between.4. The children’s empathy ability and the relationship between parents and children can predict children’s significant schizoid tendencies.5. The empathy training can improve the children’s schizoid tendencies.
