The Use Of Cultural Factors In Chinese Characters Of Foreign Language Teaching

Chinese character is the symbol system of Chinese language,the tool for Chinese people to save and transmit information of history and culture during thousands of years,the expression of the wisdom and thoughts of the Chinese nation.Chinese characters as in the configuration of the system and its historical and cultural background,the rich and colorful cultural connotation,is related to Chinese culture closely.We can not break away teaching Chinese culture from teaching Chinese as a foreign language,but also can not separated Chinese culture from teaching Chinese characters.In contrast,teachers can teaching Chinese as a foreign language by means of cultural factors contained in Chinese characters.This paper summarizes the current situation of teaching in foreign Chinese characters based on the results of previous studies,present the concept of "cultural factors Chinese characters" understanding both microcosmicly and macroscopicly,summarizes the significance and principle of teaching Chinese characters by means of cultural factors,and try to use specific examples of all-round display of cultural factors Chinese characters in the teaching,at last discussed the differences between other teaching methods and using Chinese characters of cultural factors teaching effect,and gives some suggestions as the lack of this research and future foreign Chinese characters teaching schem.In this paper, I suggest,the foreign Chinese characters teaching,should be combined with cultural factors Chinese characters to help students to understand and remember Chinese characters,and also to the students in the dissemination of Chinese culture, in order to improve the teaching effect,making foreign Chinese students to master Chinese characters recognition,reading,and the writing ability better.
