All along, teachers are the mainstay of the education in the river.They are the important part of student learning. They play a multiple and important roles. Along with the education reform becomes more and more fierce and insatiable demand for high quality teachers, teachers are demanded to improve their professional competence and educational beliefs. In other words, teachers need to have strong teacher efficacy as strong support for teaching. In the teaching process of interaction between teachers and students, learning achievement and behavior of students will be better if teachers can implement effective teaching. On the other hand, teacher’s teaching quality will affect their leaning and physical and metal development of students. Cultivating higher normal music education object is often the primary and secondary school teachers in the future, so music education student’s professional level and the teaching level in high normal university determines the teaching quality of music teachers in primary and middle schools. As has always been the piano music colleges and normal universities(Teacher Education) is a required course for undergraduate professional. Piano is the basis for leaning music related courses and directly related to the basic music education classroom teaching and extracurricular music activities. Piano is a main course for students in music education work basic ability. Based on the concept of teacher efficacy theory, the author deduced the piano teacher efficacy which means the piano teacher efficacy is a kind of teaching belief of a piano teacher and teaching ability,but also confident in his abilities, teachers believe that their teaching ability could improve students’ capability of piano learning. Also piano teachers believe that could help students improve the learning achievement of piano and the results are not entirely confined by students’ piano level and the surrounding environment. This is a piano teacher for their own judgment of their teaching ability influence students learning the piano. The judgment will not be outside interference, whichis not the lack of learning motivation, learning difficulties and other factors influence the students one-sided. Teacher efficacy belongs to the category of psychology and is a piano teacher degree of confidence in their ability. The level of confidence will affect whether the piano teachers effective teaching to the student, can grasp the class and can according to the students’ insufficient to guide and enhance students’ piano learning achievement. This confidence level will also affect the piano students can do a good primary and secondary school teachers and can still maintain a positive learning and teaching in frustration.Therefore, how to increase the teacher efficacy of teachers and students has become a top priority in piano teaching. With the level of features and conditions on piano teacher efficacy combing, the author combined with the characteristics of the piano teaching and learning experience, through learning organization to elevate the piano teacher’s and students’ professional ability and teaching ability, in order to raise the efficiency of teachers and students in the piano teacher. And the author proposed the establishment of a new evaluation standard of students’ learning achievement evaluation of piano and the evaluation of piano teacher efficacy. At the same time, the piano teachers can find that each student’s good qualities through the assessment. The assessment could enhance teaching confidence and be able to find their shortcomings and the reasons of each student. Besides the assessment could the superiority and the insufficiency in the teaching design, teaching objectives, teaching methods and teaching process in the whole teaching period. Then teacher could optimize the teaching ability and promote their collective teacher efficacy and self teacher efficacy.
