The Strategy Research On Protection And Utilization Of Chongqing Cultural Heritage

Cultural heritage is the materialized form of human civilization,which was created by the ancients under certain natural conditions,and in a certain cultural environment,including material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage. The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the protection of cultural heritage.Since 2014, the General Secretary Xi Jinping espressed a series of important expositions and instructions on carrying forward Chinese excellent traditional culture and strengthening the cultural heritage protection and utilization,elaborating cultural heritage protection and utilization in a higher strategic position, thus highlighted the extreme importance of cultural heritage protection and utilization.Chongqing is one of the second batch of Chinese historical and cultural city,which is rich in cultural heritage resources with distinctive features. In recent years, Chongqing has achieved remarkable effects on cultural heritage protection and utilization, but there are some undeniable problems which need to be overcome in the work, and to find ways to strengthen the protection and utilization of Chongqing cultural heritage.This article is divided into six sections. The first sectiont is an introduction,pointing out the research background, significance, basis, method and scope. The second part analyzed the local cultural origins and characteristics of Chongqing,pointing out the sequence of history and culture of Chongqing, local cultural traits,relations between characteristic culture and natural cultural environment.The third section described the basic situation of Chongqing cultural heritage, including the resource profile, spatial distribution and resource characteristics.The fourth part gave a comprehensive analysis on the status quo of protection and utilization of Chongqing cultural heritage in four areas of management,protection,utilization and existing problems.Section V presented the strategy on clearing guiding ideology, policies andprinciples of cultural heritage protection and utilization, scientifically drawing up cultural heritage protection planning, strengthening foundation work of protection of cultural heritage, increasing the focus on protection projects, improving utilization level of cultural heritage resource,improving safeguard mechanism of cultural heritage protection and utilization.The author pointed out the problems on protection awareness, pressure in the face of urbanization,combination with urban construction,utilization by using archeology and other multi-disciplinary and data analysis methods,combining with the actual work of Chongqing cultural heritage protection and utilization, and through analysis on Chongqing history and culture,Chongqing cultural heritage resource characteristics,through an overview of the work of the cultural heritage protection and utilization of Chongqing. According to the existing problems, The author proposed solving ideas on Chongqing cultural heritage protection and utilization in 7 aspects of guidelines,policies and principles, protection planning,work, important projects, utilization of cultural relics, safeguard mechanism,thus provided a good reference for the work of Chongqing cultural heritage protection and utilization,and the healthy development of Chongqing cultural heritage.
