It is amodel of a large number of using oral creation. As a stage play, characteristics of full-bodiedlife and spoken, make it an indispensable important research in modern Chinese corpus. Thispaper takes the YuanQuXuan prepositions as the research object, by the method ofexhaustion,combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, to make for theYuanQuXuan prepositions in a comprehensive, systematic research, display the prepositionsemantic function and grammatical function of the YuanQuXuan.This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is introduction, mainly introduces therelated research results of the preposition、methods and the YuanQuXuan related research sofar. The second part of the YuanQuXuan，simple prepositions, divides simple prepositionappear in the book of into six categories, according to semantic function: time and space;object classes, relying on, way, on the basis of class; passive, disposal; reason, purpose;eliminate class. Each category contains a different number of prepositions. There are alsoconditions that a simple preposition has several kinds of semantic functions. The third part,according to the structure mode, divides the compound prepositions into near-synonymcompound and "a/the attached type", respectively to analyze the semantic features of eachpreposition. The fourth part, the YuanQuXuan prepositions lexicalization and prepositionstructure type, analyzed the prepositions which has been in the compound prepositions or atendency to become a whole one. At the same time, to analysis the structure type of theprepositions. The fifth part, the YuanQuXuan preposition system and its characteristics,firstly, to analyze general characteristics of the preposition system. On the basis of that,thepreposition system of book YuanQuXuan characteristics were analyzed, and come to theconclusion. The final conclusion part, summarize this article.
