Preliminary Research On The Construction Of The Sound File Of Yao Language In Xiling Town, Gongcheng County, Guangxi

Yao language,in Xiling Town Gongcheng County Guilin city of Guangxi,which belongs to the Mian dialect(勉方言)of Yao branch in Miao Yao languages.In this paper,the object of study is mainly the Yao language in Xiling Town.The paper mainly describes and analyzes Yao language pronunciation and its situation in Xiling Town.The paper can be divided into two parts:(1)language pronunciation summary in Xiling Town;(2)sound file construction of Yao language in Xiling town.The basic characteristics of phonetic system of Yao language in Xiling Town: 82 Phonetic initials(not including zero initials) could be distinguished by voiceless and voiced, and labial and palatalized. The remaining 4 of them are both labial and palatalized. There are 49 finals, and 9 basic vowels. There are no the opposite phenomenon of phonetic length, and vowel [?] is used only in loanwords in modern Chinese; and there are 3 rhyme endings [-m,-n,- ?], 2 promoting rhyme endings [-p,-t]; and there are 10 tones types, including 8 rhyme tone and 2 short tone modulation. There is clear law of phonological tune match in Yao language in Xiling Town.As for speech stream rhythm changes, there are 8 continuing tone value. The main types of the speech stream rhythm changes are shedding, assimilation、Weaken and alienation. Language contact is mainly reflected in the speech of Chinese Loanwords in the Yao language. According to the different speech features of Chinese dialects this point reflected by these words, Chinese Loanwords are mainly from Chinese dialects, and there are some words of this kind with ancient Chinese phonetic features.Another part of this paper is sound file construction of Yao language in Xiling Town. Establishment of a sound file is the reference of the language study, Ethnic study of customs and other disciplines. And which will promote the further development of the study of language, which also is a useful measure of national language protection and culture protection.
