China’s economic and social development has entered a fast lane, artistic education philosophy and practice are also approaching to the world’s advanced level. Recent years, in music teaching research field has obtained certain achievement related to combine Orff’s music teaching philosophy with current China’s music education. Inspired by this fact, the author did some thinking on sight-singing and ear-training teaching activity. To explain the feasibility and operability of how to put Orff’s education philosophy into sight-singing and ear-training practice, this paper respectively use four chapters especially emphasize on Orff’s education philosophy of participation and cooperation, students’ learning subjectivity in the second chapter. And bring Brain dance into sight-singing and ear-training class, integrate with each link of the class, support and encourage the existence of cross-border thinking in every links of sight-singing and ear-training practice class. In the third chapter related to the part of localized national tune and seven sound mode sight-singing, based on conception design in teaching activities, the application of teaching methods in sight-singing and ear-training class, puts forward certain constructive suggestions and ideas, create a new teaching atmosphere for the subject of sight-singing and ear-training.
