Generally speaking, a person’s ability to adapt can be used to measure the extent of their mental development. However, the current status of students’ psychological resilience is really worrying, because a lot of students can not adapt to a variety of environments caused by a variety of tragedy. People with poor mental ability to adapt, often plagued by interpersonal relationships, and produce boredom, anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, these negative emotions are long-term backlog will directly filmmakers health, thus affecting people’s normal work and life, a vicious circle. However, the same is faced with an unfamiliar environment, some students did not feel anxious or depressed mood produce, but also to actively self-adjustment, so as to achieve a good level of adaptation. First grade play an important role in the development process of transition in a person’s life. Therefore, this study 178 first grade for the study, a questionnaire survey forms, and use T-test, correlation analysis, regression analysis method for processing data to verify the relationship between interpersonal, emotional and psychological adjustment between elasticity. By studying the relationship between the three to come up with effective ways to improve students’ mental adaptability. In the end, the following conclusions:(1) Junior one student relationships there are significant differences between gender and class leader; emotional resiliency whether there are significant differences in the dimensions of the upper class cadre; psychological adaptation, adaptation test anxiety situations, adapt to unfamiliar situations exist in the class cadre dimension significant difference.(2) Junior one students and their interpersonal relationships and emotional dimensions and sub-dimensions elasticity was significantly negatively correlated; interpersonal and psychological dimensions and sub-dimensions accommodate significant negative correlation; the emotional and psychological resiliency and its dimensions there was a significant positive correlation between adaptation and its sub-dimensions.(3) In addition to significant negative relationships to affect psychological adaptation, there are also a significant negative impact on the emotional resiliency; emotional resiliency same psychological adaptation significant positive existence. To influence; emotional and psychological relationships between flexibility to adapt to play the part of the intermediary role.
