Study On The Industry Chain Development Of Culture Relics In Xi’an Tang West Market

Since the "eleventh five year plan", with the rapid development of the domestic cultural industry, the developing model of taking a particular cultural relics as the core; consolidating the original industries with the new shaping ones with the help of cultural relics; in order to form a combination of the industrial chains within a particular area, has been gradually recognized and accepted by both the society and the academic field. Looking at the developing conditions of cultural relics: on the one hand, the great support to the domestic cultural industry from the Chinese government has cleaned the way for recovering; shaping and boosting some cultural relics with the Chinese characteristic; on the other hand, China, as an ancient civilized country with five thousand years’ brilliant history and culture, has great resources of culture relics for developing and utilization.The question is: however, there is still a large gap between the current domestic ways for developing the cultural relics at its primary stage which are mostly in a single and shallow level; taking tourism projects as the main part, and the expected developing ways of forming a complete and high level; taking industrialization mode as the main part. Therefore most cultural relics with its own history and the cultural characteristic are still operated in a simple way relying on the visitors’ fees and the tourists’ fees, which has not yet formed its own special industrial chain or even the combination of the industrial chains due the lack of the scientific and rational design and plan for its industrial projects.From the perspective of industrial economics, by analyzing and researching the present developing situation of Xi’an Tong West Market which is a representative culture relics in China, the paper explored and discussed its achievements as well as its deficiencies and problems existed; its current type of industry chain and its future direction for developing the industry chain and even the combination of the industrial chains. Based on it, the paper also explored and discussed the new and the advanced developing model for cultural relics; the ways of promoting the development of the cultural industries; as well as the implementing measures of establishing the industrial chain network which takes the cultural relics as its core.
