Romance Novels And The Law Of Tang Dynasty

The romance novel records of marriage phenomenon in the real life of Tang Dynasty, but also reflects the writer’s emotion. Law as a social system influence on the writer and works should not be ignored.This paper take the Tang Dynasty romance novel texts and laws in Tang Dynasty as the research object.Through the in-depth analysis of three aspects:the relationship between the author of the novel and the law,legal image reflected on the novel text and the law and the novel creation of art and law. We can see that most of the authors has higher legal quality.This legal literacy makes legal image of the novel text reflects not only the legal system was also revealed reflection on the enforcement of law. At the same time, the law in the art of fictional creation as the plot construction and character image also plays an important role.
