Social mobilization is a kind of social activity that aims to achieve certain social goals. To mobilize the mass and launch mass movement, is a repeatedly used revolutionary approach by CPC in the period of democratic revolution and early PRC period, which helped to lead the Chinese revolution to victory and realize the fundamental reformation of Chinese society. Social mobilization should be carried out under the leadership of the organization, which is the vehicle of social mobilization. In all previous social mobilizations of CPC, mass organizations such as labor union, women’s organization, youth organization, and community organization also took a part. They carried out social mobilization under the leadership and guidance of the Party, applying their own organizational mechanism, making the movement a common act of millions of people.
