| Since China’s reform and opening up in 1978, the amount of trade between China and the countries of the world becomes increasing. Especially when China entered into the World Trade Organization, international trade cooperation ties with China are closer. Nowadays many international business texts are written in English, so international business text translation and using are particularly important.The material applied in this report is a selection from "The Financial Report for the Wu XI Victory Media ". This piece of material belongs to business report, which is rich in information about finance and business in style. Therefore, we should not only transfer its content completely and precisely, but also keep the original style of the business text. The writer of this report has encountered various difficulties during the translating process. As far as lexicons are concerned, translation of professional words is a major problem. We can’t translate terms easily and capriciously because we need to find words of the professional meanings in the business context. The second problem relates to the word conversion. Sometimes in order to make the translated version more smoothly, it is necessary for us to change nouns into verbs or vise versa, or other types of conversion. The third problem lies in the translation of proper nouns. When we translate personal names, place names or company names, we should consider what methods of translation can make the reader understand easily. Besides, how to translate business phrases is still a problem for us to solve. The writer completed the translation after a lot of searching, thinking and revising.
