The Study Of Yanbian Korean Nationality Non-Material Cultural Heritage

Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is the largest Korean ghetto in China. Since Korean ancestors emigrated to Northeast of China at the end of the nineteenth Century, in the historical process of development and construction of the frontier, the Korean people had not only formed the diversity of national culture, also left a footprint and history cultural heritage. These historical relics and cultural treasures are the products of the labor and creation of the Korean people, the accumulations of wisdoms, emotions as well as the ideals and aspirations of the Korean people. Yanbian Korean culture has strong national, epochal and traditional characteristics. In China, the Korean nation well preserved its own inherent language, customs and culture because of the impact of the special historical experience and reality itself. After numerous tests the Korean nation has still maintained a high level of culture and traditional cultural heritage to this day. But with the deepening of the reform and opening up, under the influence of the cultural diversity and the tide of the market economy the Korean intangible cultural system has gradually been broken. While the new cultural system has not yet been formed, many Koreans, especially in the new millennium, the younger generation have felt puzzled and confused in the new cultural environment. Rational development and protection is the protection of local cultural gene. The Korean intangible cultural heritage is not only an important channel to inherit national culture, to promote and develop national spirit, but also the only way to highlight the ethnic characteristics, develop the national cultural industry and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the Yanbian region. With the quickening pace of reform and opening up and the advancement of the socialist market economy of yanbian government will build strong "cultural city" as the development goals, focusing on the development and utilization of Yanbian Korean intangible cultural heritage. However, due to the mechanism of the protection of historical and cultural resources for adapting to the socialist market economic system has not yet been constituted, the governments at all levels lack of awareness of the scarcity value and non-renewable of historical and cultural resources, and lack of awareness of the importance and urgency of the protection of historical and cultural resources. For these reasons, many unique and precious historical values of the intangihle cultural heritage have been distorted and destruction, and some have disappeared.At present, under the impact of globalization of the Korean intangible cultural heritage, the government has made some achievements in the rescue and protection work, but still in a dilemma of development and protection.On the one hand, due to the one-sided pursuit of economic interests and commercialization, or become a simple performance to the market, resulting in the loss of the original intent, gradually out of life, the protection of traditional culture and modernization requirements are in inevitable conflict. On the other hand, in the process of development and utilization, there are many problems in paying attention to the application and belittling protection. How to do a good job in the protection and inheritance is an urgent topic to be resolved. We should explore the realistic path of the protection and inheritance, establish the integrity of ideas and principles of the protection for the development of cultural industry, and promote the active protection of intangible cultural heritage. Combining with the actual conditions, analysis of its feasibility, reasonable development and utilization, thereby to explore the effective approach of "Living Heritage", and timely put forward the effective suggestions and measures of the protection and inheritance. It is not an expedient measure to protect the intangible cultural heritage. Only going to the people is the most effective protection and can achieve its value. The government should take a scientific and* reasonable overall planning, arouse and raise consciousness of the people, and achieve true inheritance and protectionof intangible cultural heritage.In view of this, this paper base on the importance and urgency of the development and protection of intangible cultural heritage of the Korean in Yanbian district, discusses the present situation of the development and protection of historical and cultural resources of the Korean in Yanbian district, and puts forward the ideas and specific measures of effective development and protection of Korean intangible cultural heritage in order to provide the references for the Yanbian governments at all levels and relevant departments.
