Aristotle is one of the most famous ancient Greek philosophers, his ethics thoughts is the summary of ancient Greek Ethics. He believes that the main work of ethics is not established the human behavior norms, but explore and cultivate human virtues problem. It seeks moral and political foundation for a good life. In cultivation of virtue, the primary task is to develop the correct pain and pleasure. This thesis starts with the perspective of political philosophy which can clarify the nature of pleasure. From the perspective of ethical education refers that pleasure is worth selecting and nurturing. This thesis is divided into five parts:1.Introduction section. The brief explain of why we choose Aristotle on happiness-pleasure as a good in the first part.In section I, we clarify the reason and significance of the topic; In section II, review of current research; In section III, we describes the general framework of Aristotle’s ethics and pleasure in the history of ancient Greek philosophy.2.The first chapter, the discussion of pleasure in Nicomachean Ethics. This chapter interpreted the text of Aristotle’s theory of pleasure. In section I, we can analysis from the perspective of political philosophy the discussion on pleasure in the Book Ⅶ; In section Ⅱ, we can analysis from the perspective of ethics education the discussions on pleasure in the Book Ⅹ; In section Ⅲ, we explore the differences and internal relations the two pleasure between Book Ⅶ and Book X; In section Ⅳ, we clarify the remaining volumes of pleasure theory briefly.3.The second chapter, pleasure and ethics education. In this chapter, all the discussions on pleasure, is playing a role in the ethics education. In section Ⅰ, we explore the relationship between pleasure and self-control; In section Ⅱ, we indicated in ethics education must develop the proper sense of pleasure; In section Ⅲ, stressed the need to happily do virtuous things.4.The third chapter, Pleasure position in Aristotle’s Ethics. This chapter explores the relationship between pleasure and all virtue, pleasure and lifestyle, pleasure and happiness respectively. In the relationships between happiness and all virtue, the virtue includes courage, temperance and friendship.5.Conclusion part. This part talked about Aristotle’s ethic thoughts briefly from the politics perspective. And it purposes Aristotle’s two kinds of happiness perception again. It emphasizes the transcendence of critical thinking life and the most essential happiness in it.
