Investigation On The Early Modern Buildings In Qingdao And Protection

Among the historical and cultural city of Qingdao which was built for hundreds of year. It mainly relies on diversified modern architectural style and the building style is ever-changing. It covers almost all the world’s architectural style and the colonists’ deliberately plan. It makes these style buildings different in thousands of ways. In the shade of trees and houses, each burst out strong vitality. The time of this thesis chooses ranges from1891to1949when Qingdao was built to new China was established. It mainly covers Qingdao modern architecture’s construct time. The spatial range of inner city of Qingdao mainly concentrated in the old city area which is outside the south city. That is the main period of urban planning area. On the basis of Qingdao modern history, we analysis the status of modern architecture in Qingdao briefly in which we can found that the government of Qingdao in the pros and cons on the protection of modern architecture.Combined with the construction of cultural relics protection laws and regulations, we put forward some suggestions to protect eight scenic area as an example.
